Start your journey at Blooming Counselling with a free 15-minute Meet & Greet session. This initial consultation provides an opportunity to meet our compassionate counsellor, discuss your family’s specific needs, and determine how our services can best support you. It’s the ideal first step to ensure our approach meets your family’s expectations.

Designed to meet the specific needs of your children and family, our counselling sessions provide a supportive environment to enhance well-being and ensure every family member feels heard and supported.

  • 50-minute session: $175
  • 75-minute session: $265

Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). We encourage you to verify the specifics of your coverage with your insurance provider or HR department, including any annual limits. While Blooming Counselling does not offer direct billing currently, we issue detailed electronic receipts promptly after each session. These receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

As a registered provider for the ICBC auto injury program, is dedicated to supporting families through the challenging process of post-accident recovery. We handle direct billing with ICBC, ensuring no out-of-pocket costs for your family. Our services focus on the emotional and psychological recovery of all family members impacted by the accident. We offer pre-approved sessions available within the first 12 weeks post-incident, with the possibility to extend coverage upon request. Simply provide your ICBC claim number, and we will take care of everything from coverage verification to devising a compassionate, tailored treatment plan.

Payment for our counselling sessions is accepted at either the beginning or end of each session. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and e-transfers (payments should be sent on the same day of the session to info@bloomingcounselling.ca). Following each payment, we will provide an official receipt that can be used for insurance submissions.

To ensure effective scheduling, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at half the session rate. For cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, or for no-shows, the full session fee applies. However, you may convert an in-person session to a virtual one or reschedule to another available time on the same day without penalty.
